I’m going to try to post my weekly meal plan, for those of you that are interested. We’ve had numerous people ask what types of meals we eat since we’ve finally had success with losing weight.
I grocery shop for an entire week on Thursdays for only what we need for the week at breakfast, lunch and dinner (& my boys snacks…. they’re teenagers….. have I mentioned that they eat all the time!?). My husband and I are still on a Whole30 diet (no complex carbs, no forms of sugar in ingredients lists, or dairy) so I will list what we have and what carbs I insert to meals for my boys.
Anyhow, here is what we are having this week (starting with yesterday’s dinner)! I make enough at dinner to have lunch leftovers for us the next day. That way we aren’t scrounging for lunch!
Thursday 6/9: Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas & fruit on the side (I fixed crunchy taco shells & rice for my boys)
Friday 6/10: Paleo Fish Tacos with Spicy Cabbage Slaw (homemade french bread pizzas for my boys)
Saturday 6/11: Crock Pot Beef Stew over Roasted Rutabaga
Sunday 6/12: Grilled Steak, Grilled tri-colored peppers & onions & fruit on the side (Mashed Potatoes for my boys)
Monday 6/13: Grilled Pork Chops, Baked Sweet Potato with Clarified Butter & fruit on the side (Rice for my boys)
Tuesday 6/14: Salmon Patties, Deviled Eggs, Steamed then Sautéed Carrots in Clarified Butter

Wednesday 6/15: Roasted Lemon Chicken with Rosemary & Potatoes
