Has a week gone by already? Really? My boys started back to school this week and we are all attempting to get back into a routine again, so my week FLEW by!  Anyhoo….. here’s this week’s full meal plan. Let me know if you try any of the recipes!

Thursday, 8/11: Shredded chicken taco salad + Fruit

Friday, 8/12: “Hobo” dinner + Fruit

Saturday, 8/13: California Chicken, Steamed green beans with garlic & lemon + Fruit (rolls for my boys)

Sunday, 8/14: Grilled Pork Tenderloin + Salad (variety of greens, apple, red onion, cucumber, olive oil vinaigrette

Monday, 8/15: Grilled Chicken, Baked Sweet Potatoes with clarified butter (Mashed potatoes for my son) + Fruit

Tuesday, 8/16: “Spaghetti” with Meat Sauce (my spaghetti “noodles” are baked spaghetti squash) + Salad (variety of greens, cucumber, tomato, carrots, olive oil or avocado oil) ** Rolls for my boys and regular spaghetti pasta noodles

Wednesday, 8/17: Chicken Piccata, steamed peas & carrots (frozen) with clarified butter **Garlic knots for my boys
