Weekly Meal Plan for 8-25 to 8-31

Folks, I’m seriously glad that summer is coming to an end. I’m so ready for the season of pumpkin everything! Yes, I’m one of those people. I’m still incorporating some grilling recipes for this week in an effort to finish summer well. Here’s my weekly meal plan for my family:

Thursday, 8-25: Foil Packet Chicken Fajitas (I leave the cheese out for myself and sometimes the rice as well). I also make my own taco seasoning. Check out my simple recipe here!

Friday, 8-26: Paleo Fish Tacos with Spicy Slaw

Saturday, 8-27: Grilled Burgers with Paleo Waffle “Bread”,  Tomato & Avocado + Salad with olive oil

Sunday, 8-28: Grilled Steak, Baked Sweet Potato with Clarified Butter, Steamed Green Beans with Garlic & Lemon

Monday, 8-29: Paleo BLT Wraps with Avocado Crema + Slaw from this recipe

Tuesday, 8-30: Baked Spaghetti Squash with meat sauce + Salad with olive oil

Wednesday, 8-31: Chicken Piccata, Steamed Broccoli with Garlic & Lemon + Fruit
