I’m pretty excited today. Why, you ask? I’m glad you asked. My husband and I have been doing a Whole 9 (nine days without sugar of any form) and with all of that healthy eating, we are having a treat day today. So, what does that mean for me? TACOS! Tacos WITH THE SHELL instead of a lettuce wrap. I don’t torture myself on purpose, it’s just that my annual bloodwork doesn’t like it when I consume grains all of the time. But after today’s treat day, it’s back to 9 more days of eating healthy again (but tasty meals, nonetheless). With that, here’s this week’s meal plan:
Thursday, 8-18: Dinner out – Taco night (woo hoo!) and eclair dessert. Folks…. you MUST try this eclair dessert!
Saturday, 8-20: Paleo (and Whole 30) Chicken Pot Pie, Salad with avocado oil + Fruit
Sunday, 8-21: Paleo Maple Dijon Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Salad with avocado oil + Fruit
