Weekly Meal Plan for 2-9 to 2-15

Well, I’ve slightly blown Whole 30 this past week. I’ve had some slip ups and hope to be able to get back on track this week! I plan to be off track on Valentine’s Day, as usual, because I’ll be making some chocolate covered strawberries as well as some brownies with a caramel Dove chocolate in the center of each. :/ Other than that, here’s my weekly meal plan that I claim to stay on track with this coming week:

Thursday, 2-9: Chimichurri Chicken Drumsticks with Whole30 Ranch, Salad + Fruit

Friday, 2-10: Salmon en Papillote (we are leaving the orzo out of this recipe for us), Steamed Asparagus topped with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest and juice + Pineapple Salsa

Saturday, 2-11: Crock Pot Pork Ribs (we can’t have pork ribs without BBQ sauce, so we are splurging this meal!), Baked Sweet Potato with Clarified Butter + Fruit

Sunday, 2-12:  Turkey & Pork Meatballs with Homemade Marinara, Spiralized Sweet Potato + Fruit

Monday, 2-13: Hobo Dinner (we use sweet potato instead of white potato) + Fruit (burger with cheese and a bun for my boys)

Tuesday, 2-14: TREAT DAY of Pasta with Pesto, Sautéed Chicken (Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add salt, pepper, & garlic powder to chicken.  Sear chicken in pan for about 7 minutes on each side, until done.), Roasted Grape Tomato & Red Onion (VALENTINE DESSERT: Chocolate Covered Strawberries at the request of one of my boys + Brownies with Dove Caramels on top…. holy moly)

Wednesday, 2-15: Roasted Tomato Basil Soup + Sautéed Chicken (Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add salt, pepper, & garlic powder to chicken.  Sear chicken in pan for about 7 minutes on each side, until done.) with Grape Tomatoes & Red Onion in the skillet
