Weekly Meal Plan for 12-8 to 12-14

This has been a week of sickness for me. Ugh! I’m feeling better now and ready to have the desire to cook again. In hopes of doing that, here’s this week’s meal plan for my family:

Thursday, 12-8: Whole 30/Paleo Whole Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken (drizzle entire chicken with olive oil, salt & lemon pepper then cook according to package directions), Steamed Green Beans with Galic & Lemon, Baby Potatoes with Clarified Butter

Friday, 12-9: Whole 30 Crock Pot Beef Roast (cook with 1 quartered onion, 1 tsp. minced garlic & 1/2 cup beef broth on low for 10 hours),  Baked Sweet Potatoes with Clarified Butter

Saturday, 12-10: Crock Pot Loaded Potato Soup

Sunday, 12-11: Tuna Salad Salad with Apples & Pumpkin Seeds with Leftover Potato Soup from yesterday

Monday, 12-12:  Paleo/Whole 30 Chicken Stir Fry **I’m adding shredded carrots & water chestnuts to my stir fry also** (Cauliflower/Sweet Potato “rice” for me and white rice for my son)

Tuesday, 12-13: Whole 30 friendly Baked Spaghetti Squash with Spaghetti & Meat Sauce + Salad with Avocado Oil

Wednesday, 12-14: Whole 30/Paleo friendly California ChickenSteamed Broccoli with Lemon & Garlic + Fruit
