Weekly Meal Plan for 12-22 to 12-28

The holiday season is upon us. Families are awaiting get-togethers and kids are awaiting presents to open. Whether you are traveling during this season or not, I hope that you and your family has a safe, warm, and festive holiday season full of love.

Looking toward the next week for meals, it looks slightly different for us. Here’s the weekly meal plan:

Thursday, 12-22: Whole 30/Paleo Hobo Dinner (burger bun + cheese on burgers for my boys)

Friday, 12-23: Whole 30/Paleo Crock Pot Roast (cook with 1 quartered onion, baby potatoes, carrots, 1 tsp. minced garlic & 1/2 cup beef broth on low for 10 hours)

Saturday, 12-24: My family started a tradition in 2004 to have breakfast/lunch or dinner at IHOP on Christmas Eve, so that’s what we do. No cooking for me on this day.

Sunday, 12-25: MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL! My Christmas meal this year is: Brown Sugar Honey Ham, Green Beans with Garlic & Lemon, Steamed or Sautéed Carrots, Mashed Potatoes

Monday, 12-26: Christmas Meal Leftovers for Dinner

Tuesday, 12-27: Salmon Patties, Deviled Eggs with Paleo Mayo, Sautéed Carrots

** No Fuss Salmon Cakes recipe comes from the book that started my Whole 30 journey “It Starts With Food” by Dallas & Melissa Hartwig (page 280).

Wednesday, 12-28:  Paleo/Whole 30 Chicken Stir Fry **I’m adding shredded carrots & water chestnuts to my stir fry also** (Cauliflower/Sweet Potato “rice” for me and white rice for my son)
