1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup very hot water
4 tsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar (I use garlic or red pepper seasoned)
1 TB soy sauce
1 to 1 1/2 TB brown sugar
*Optional* 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper (I like the heat)
Whisk sugar & water together. Add peanut butter and the rest of the ingredients. Serve at room temp.
I saute a variety of veggies (and sometimes chicken) and stir the sauce and veggies in with rice noodles from the Asian isle. You can also add tofu!
