PLACE meat in slow cooker.
MIX remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover with lid.
COOK on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours). Shred meat.

My Honey BBQ sauce (1/4 cup serving size, so you’ll have to adjust for this recipe)
About 1/4 cup ketchup
1 or 2 tsp. mustard (I like stone ground mustard)
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. roasted red chili paste (on the Asian isle) * I could eat this stuff right out of the jar!!
1 TB honey
Mix all ingredients well (I use a fork initially to break up the brown sugar then use a spoon).
