To bake my sweet potatoes, I clean them, poke a few holes in each, then wrap them in foil. I bake them on 375 degrees for an hour and a half.
They’re fabulous and they come completely clean from the peel when eating! A must try, folks.
**I use clarified butter and cinnamon on mine. (Clarified butter is simply butter that is melted and the milk solids have been skimmed off).
